 Shipping & Returns 

 All items are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

DAWLINGG'S BOUTIQUE isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must take it up with Canada Post. DAWLINGG'S BOUTIQUE does not hold responsibility for any package(s) that state they have been delivered.

If item(s) have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

Due to sanitary purposes; there will be no refunds or exchanges.
